The Arte Institute in partnership with the Portuguese General Consulate in New Bedford, Portuguese General Consulate in Cabo Verde, Brazil General Consulate in Boston and the Instituto Camões, has the pleasure to present the Portuguese Speaking Countries Short Film Festival in the Bristol Community College in Fall River, on May 1st at 7.30pm and on May 2nd at 7pm.
