The Arte Institute created a Festival of Short Films screening films from the Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP). The goal of the festival is to showcase the cinema, the cineastic culture and the directors behind the various films of countries where Portuguese is the official language, but also to make the festival an international event to promote this showcase outside of the CPLP countries.

O Arte Institute criou um festival de Curtas Metragens que mostra o cinema de cada um dos países da CPLP. O objectivo deste festival é mostrar em primeiro lugar o cinema e os realizadores dos países de língua oficial portuguesa, mas também internacionalizar esta mostra, levando e dando a conhecer o festival para fora dos países da CPLP (ex: Europa e América do Norte).
