Arte Institute has the pleasure to announce the CPLP Short Film Festival, that aims to promote the cinema from the Portuguese Speaking Countries.

The festival will be part of the Guest Program of the 28th Sao Paulo International Short Film Festival and it will take place on August 25 and 26 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
